SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not have any external courier or transportation vendor for transportation of plants from our Farm or Shop to the your address. We deliver them our-self and every shipment of plants is handled with utmost care. Delivery would be done within 3 to 5 days of ordering the products. There would be no breakages or damages to plants while handling because its not packed or in a container box.  Incase you find the plants are dead on arrival we request reject it or deny to accept the plants, also we request you to contact us at customer support number +91 7397226937 on the same day of delivery. Failing to do so would be considered as a acceptance and will not be encouraged for replacement incase the plants are damaged at a later stage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 2 Days from the day of delivery. Incase you do not like the plants or the plants look dull or broken branches, or infestation, we request you to make a complain to the customer care number +91 7397226937 with pictures for proof on the same day of delivery to create a return pickup and new plant delivery. This is only applicable for plants. Incase you are returning pots and other non-lively products due to miscalculation in size, the return request will be denied.

Exchange of plants are NOT accepted. Only pots and tools can be exchanged incase any manufacturing damages are found. Kindly inform the customer care number +91 7397226937 at the time of delivery.
