SHIPPING POLICY

We do not have any external courier or transportation vendor for transportation of plants from our Farm or Shop to the your address. We deliver them our-self and every shipment of plants is handled with utmost care. There would be no breakages or damages to plants while handling because its not packed or in a container box.  Incase you find the plants are dead on arrival we request you to contact us at customer support number +91 7397226937 on the same day of delivery. Failing to do so would be considered as a acceptance and will not be encouraged for replacement incase the plants are damaged at a later stage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted only at the day of delivery. Incase you do not like the plants or the plants look dull or broken branches, or infestation, we request you to make a complain to the customer care number +91 7397226937 with pictures for proof on the same day of delivery.

 

Exchange of plants are NOT accepted. Only pots and tools can be exchanged incase any damages are found. Kindly inform the customer care number +91 7397226937 at the time of delivery.
