SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not have any external courier or transportation vendor for transportation of plants from our Farm or Shop to the your address. We deliver them our-self and every shipment of plants is handled with utmost care. Delivery would be done within 3 to 7 business days of ordering the products. There would be no breakages or damages to plants while handling because its not packed or in a container box.  Incase you find the plants are changed, different species, wrong item or dead or broken or damaged on arrival we request reject it or deny to accept the plants, also we request you to contact us at customer support number +91 7397226937 on the same day of delivery. Failing to do so would be considered as acceptance and will not be accepted for replacement incase the plants are damaged at a later stage by you while repotting or moving. Shipping is only available in Chennai District. We do not accept orders from 30Kms above from Velachery incase orders are placed will be cancelled automatically.

Standard Delivery  

Standard delivery is available for all products with shipping of 3 to 7 days time period. Incase on unforeseen circumstances if plants are out of stock an equivalent plant will be suggested and delivered upon approval of the changes from customer.

Priority Delivery 

Priority delivery is available for plants and products. Incase plants are out of stock an equivalent plant will be suggested and delivered upon approval of the changes by the customer. If the delivery is not done as per priority delivery standards Free Plant worth Rs.99 will be delivered along with the order. If the customer is not available or not reachable and delivery was attempted the Free Plant will not be applicable.

Chennai Plant Nursery has all the rights to change the terms and conditions without informing customers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns of unused pots and tools are accepted within 2 Days from the day of delivery. Incase the plants look dull or broken branches, or infestation, we request you to make a complain to the customer care number +91 7397226937 with pictures for proof on the same day of delivery to create a return pickup and new plant delivery. This is only applicable for plants. Incase you are returning pots and other non-lively products due to miscalculation in size, color variation the return request will be denied.

Exchange of plants are NOT accepted. Only pots and tools can be exchanged incase any manufacturing damages are found. Kindly inform the customer care number +91 7397226937 at the time of delivery or within 24hrs of delivery post with no claim will be accepted.
