Aloe juvenna commonly known as the tiger tooth aloe is a succulent plant that belongs to the Aloe genus within the Asphodelaceae family. It is native to Madagascar and can grow up to 30 cm (12 inches) tall.
The tiger tooth aloe has fleshy triangular leaves with jagged margins which give it its name. The leaves are green but turn reddish-brown in bright sunlight or during periods of drought. The plant produces racemes of tubular orange-red flowers on tall stems in the summer.
