Service Description

The gardener will do all the labor work for you for 1 complete hour. Terms and Conditions for Hire A Gardener HIRE-A-GARDENER is a program set up by Chennai Plant Nursery to cater to people who wish to maintain indoor, balcony and terrace garden, small garden setups. Maintenance services include pruning, manuring, weeding, pest control and fertilization, potting, repotting and rearranging(within same floor). The Gardener would work only for the allotted time that you have booked for, incase the work time exceeds more than 14 minutes, the time booked the next hour charges would be applicable. For eg. You have booked for 1 Hour and the work time exceeds 1Hr 14minutes then the next hour charges would be for ₹599/- Incase you dont know how much time the gardener would take to finish the work, kindly ask the gardener before they start the work how much time it would take and get to know the charges before hand avoid any confusions. F.A.Q Will the Gardener bring Manure | Medicine? No. Manure & Medicine not included. You can place order for the same online and inform the order number to the gardener to bring them along. Will the Gardener bring tools? Yes, simple gardening tools like pruning scissors, medicine sprayers, weeder, secature, trowels etc would be brought by the gardener. Bigger tools if required should be informed before hand as the charges would change according to the rental of the tools. Will the Gardener move pots from one floor to another? No. The Gardener will not move the pots or growbags from one floor to another. If its 1 or 2 pots its ok. How to calculate time for the work done? Once the gardener reaches your permises he would inform you about the start/end on time thru whatsapp or message for garden work, its at that time the work starts/ends. The time is calculated accordingly and charged according to the work being done. Will the Gardener deny any work? Yes, there are possibilities where the work can be denied and refund will be done incase the gardener denies to do the work, but not after starting the work or halfway through the work. Do I have to explain everything to the Gardener? Yes, incase you have special requestes other than the normal garden service you can enquire about them and the costs during the time the gardener is there. Hire A Gardener : The Gardener would bring the required gardening tools for pruning, weeding etc. Fertilizers, manure and medicine for pest control are not included.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to change your mind or would like to cancel our service you can do so before 24 hrs of the service visit. Post which 100% cancellation charges are applicable.
